01 How quickly can I get an appointment?
Mr. Kenan Dehne is currently accepting new patients and appointments are usually available within a few weeks. Wendy will advise on the earliest available slot at your preferred hospital when you contact her.
02 Which hospital should I choose?
Mr. Kenan Dehne consults at several leading private hospitals across Birmingham, the West Midlands, and Bristol. The best location depends on your home address, preferred appointment times, insurance provider, and the procedure you require.
03 Will my insurer cover the consultation fee?
Many private health insurance providers cover consultation and treatment costs, but the level of cover depends on your individual policy. We recommend contacting your insurer before your appointment to confirm your eligibility, obtain any required authorization, and understand any excess or out-of-pocket costs that may apply.
04 Can I have a video or telephone consultation?
Yes. Video and telephone consultations may be available for suitable patients, particularly for initial advice, follow-up appointments, or reviewing test results. If an in-person examination is necessary, you will be advised to attend the clinic so the most appropriate assessment and treatment plan can be provided.
05 How long will the consultation take?
Most initial consultations last 30–45 minutes, allowing enough time to discuss your symptoms, review your medical history, examine your condition, and explain your treatment options. Follow-up appointments are usually shorter, depending on your individual needs and progress.
06 What happens after my consultation?
Following your consultation, Mr. Kenan Dehne will explain the findings and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan. This may include further investigations, non-surgical treatment, physiotherapy, injections, or surgery if required.
